The most popular soul-farming spot is Giant Lord, since he drops a ton of souls and there is a Bonfire Ascetic at his boss-arena, that re-spawns if you burn one at the "Place Unbeknownst"-bonfire. Mini Bosses are hostile creatures that do not respawn after being killed. Based on the screenshots seen in the Image Gallery, it looks like Wolves, Hollow Knights and some. I do recommend, though, to backstab fish the spear ones. Hell, if you learn to parry Lothric Knights static and charge attacks, you are good to go. Takes practice and a few deaths, but you dont have to waste embers while learning. Lesson of the day: No point in hoarding souls. Once you get the general feeling of it, there are very few enemies that will give you trouble.
